About Your Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team providing strategic and operational HR support to our team. You will work closely with the HR and leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a positive and engaging work environment. This role is critical in driving employee satisfaction, performance, and growth within our company.
What you’ll work on:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support. Understand the unique needs of each department and collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Handle employee relations matters, fostering positive and productive working relationships. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective strategies, and attract top talent. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, facilitating orientation programs and ensuring compliance with HR and onboarding requirements.
- Implement performance management programs and processes, partnering with managers to set performance goals, provide feedback, and guide career development. Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization. Coordinate and facilitate relevant learning programs, workshops, and coaching sessions. Support managers in creating individual development plans to enhance employee skills and competencies.
