About Your Role
The Operations Project Manager supports the Operations & IT team in the planning, execution, and delivery of internal operational improvement projects across the organization. This is a hands-on role, providing change management and technical support to all business units through system and process transformations. With a focus on operational efficiency, the Operations Project Manager will seek out the best-fit tools and systems to support the strategic objectives of the organization.
What you’ll work on:
- Initiate and lead assigned projects, define scope, manage expectations, and communicate progress and obstacles to relevant stakeholders.
- Continually assess opportunities for process improvement across the organization, creating a pipeline of operational improvement projects to be prioritized in line with core strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outline and track timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across departments.
- Regularly liaise with department leaders to identify areas where operational or process support is needed
