Paul Campbell
Vice President, Mortgage Originations
Paul Campbell is the Vice President of Mortgage Originations at Magenta. He has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has worn many hats, including Underwriter, Mortgage Agent, and Business Development Manager. Most recently, Paul led business development at Merix Financial and Equitable Bank. In these roles, Paul was responsible for establishing and building key partnerships within the broker community, going above and beyond to provide brokers and their clients with exceptional customer service.
Veronica Daniel
Business Development Manager, Southwestern Ontario
Veronica joined Magenta in October 2022. Veronica worked in specialized processing for the Government of Canada and as a Mortgage Agent with Citadel Mortgages. She was also a direct banking manager at the bank of Montreal.
Regions: Central and Southwestern Ontario regions including Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Kitchener- Waterloo, Guelph and Cambridge.
Tina Francis
Senior Business Development Manager, GTA East
Tina has over 20 years in the financial services industry. As Regional Business Manager for GTA East with Equitable Bank, she was recognized as one of the most influential women in the mortgage industry by CMP Magazine. She held various senior positions in business development for lenders such as Paradigm Quest and Radius Financial and Regional V.P. for a start-up brokerage. This has enabled Tina to leverage her underwriting, recruiting and training skills, ensuring successful deal submissions.

Senior Internal Account Manager, GTA North
With nearly 20 years at Equitable Bank, Teena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Alternative Lending and a deep understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process. She was previously the Manager of the Funding Team at Equitable. Her proven track record in leading a team, ensuring timely deal closures, and driving operational efficiency makes her well-equipped to excel in her new role at Magenta.
