Magenta Capital Corporation (MCC) is the fund manager for Magenta Mortgage Investment Corporation (MMIC). Since 1994, MCC, has applied a conservative mortgage portfolio strategy with the goal of delivering strong and consistent returns.
Magenta Mortgage Investment Corporation (MMIC) shares represent ownership in a large, diversified, professionally managed residential mortgage portfolio. The majority of Magenta mortgages are secured by quality residential real estate primarily located in strong, stable and urban real estate markets in Ontario, with a heavy overweighting of first mortgages secured by owner-occupied single-family homes.

Raj Acharya
Vice President, Capital Markets
Raj is the Vice President of Capital Markets at Magenta and has been with the team since July 2024. Prior to joining Magenta, Raj worked at RBC where he managed the bank’s largest corporate relationships across Eastern Ontario. Raj has deep Mortgage Investment Corporation lending experience where he arranged multi-bank syndicated credit facilities for the industry’s largest players. Raj comes to Magenta with over 15 years of corporate banking experience from major Canadian financial institutions.
Allison D. Allen
Manger, Investor Relations
Allison is the Manager of Investor Relations at Magenta and has been with the team since May 2021. Prior to joining Magenta, Allison was a Senior Financial Advisor at CIBC, where she held a variety of client relations roles during her 10-year tenure. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Carleton University and a Graduate Diploma in Education from Murdoch University in Western Australia. Allison is also passionate about her volunteer work with the Girl Guides of Canada.
