Operations Project Coordinator

About Your Role

The Operations Project Coordinator supports the Operations & IT team in the coordination, planning and delivery of internal operational improvement projects across the organization. This is a hands-on role that helps drive process and system enhancements through collaboration, organization and attention to detail. With a focus on operational efficiency, the Operations Project Coordinator will help evaluate the best-fit tools and systems to support implementation and assist with cross-functional process change efforts that align with Magenta’s strategic goals.

What you’ll work on:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of operational and technology-related projects across departments
  • Continually assess opportunities for process improvement across the organization, creating a pipeline of operational improvement projects to be prioritized in line with core strategic objectives
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outline and track timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across departments
  • Support stakeholder communications by preparing status updates, documentation, and meeting notes
  • Regularly liaise with department leaders to identify areas where operational or process support is needed
